Net Transport-system can't find file.....

Hello, I have registered, paid for copy of the most current Net Transport....I've been using this software for years now. Recently I've been getting the following error msg when trying to download files:'the system can't find the file specified'. I know that I can get to those files, using Windows download feature, so it's not an issue that the files aren't available. Some setting in Net Transport must have changed...anyone know how to fix this?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.10

I don't think that's the issue, as I've been using Net Transport for 8 years with the same license, and I'm not getting that 'nag banner' that I would get if I had a trial version....I think it's something else. I emailed my question to the email address that's on the Net transport home page, but the email came back 'undeliverable'..
has Net Transport gone out of business???
