Pendrive not detecting ....

Hello,
In my laptop my pendrive is not detected, entering the pendrive there is a sound.The external key board and mouse is detected and working properly.There has no sign in tray zone for pendrive.This happend for any pendrive.What can I do.....?
I have try it unstalling the all BUS root hub and restarting my laptop and installing driver for pendrive.

Did you try another computer?

Failure to detect on multiple computers indicates a failed drive.
