"No Signal" when turning on PC

Hello,

"No Signal" appears when turning on my PC. Then it will not shut down. I have to take the plug out to turn the computer off.
Any ideas on what to do ?? Please.

You need the services of a good PC tech. A local repair shop should be able to diagnose the problem.
