OK so it used to work?
Is it your wireless gateway, or your ISP? If it is your, then take the cable from your ISP gateway and plug it into your computer and see if it routes.
If it is the ISP gateway, then contact your ISP and tell them to fix it, or cancel.

yes it used to work before. we are using a common WIFI at work place, the other computers are connecting to the wifi. I have tried connecting mine but it fails to connect even to other WIFI connections.
