As the tittle above states.
I tried swapping keyboards and its not the keyboard problem.
It appear to be somewhere inside the system, can someone please help ?

What functions are you expecting to be performed when you press these combinations, as a standard ALT-Anything isn't going to produce anything. It will usually engage a feature or function. What feature are you trying to access? What programs have you removed or changed recently?

What computer model and make please?
