Hello,

I have a problem with my pc. During the work on my pc after some time computer suddenly restarts but it doesn't boot windows i.e. he doesn't show anything on monitor. I opened the computer and literally took off all the parts, cleaned them and returned them back with though that dust was the problem. Like you can guess it didn't resolved the problem but interesting thing is that when I take off procesor and put him back on motherboard computer starts i.e. boots windows and it works for some period of time until I open few applications at the same time when he restarts again without showing anything on monitor.

Hi,

As you mentioned the computer started to work after you reseated the processor. This could be an overheating issue. Check a few more details before we troubleshoot further:

1. Please check if your computer is overheating. Especially at the time when it shuts down by itself.
2. Check if this happens when running any particular application.
3. Ensure the Video Drivers are up to date.

May be it is also problem with SMPS (Power Supply). Try changing of power supply.

As I wrote before, I cleaned the computer, every part so the overheating is not possible. Video drivers are also not the problem.
I will try with power supply although I think it's either motherboard or processor.
Thank you!

Hi,

To add to the resolution I would recommend checking with one compatible graphics card (if possible from a friend's computer). This will help you eliminate if the problem is Video or some other component.
