Un able to start my windows 7

Hello,
i have 2 os windows xp and 7 seven was my primary but unfortunately windows 7 doesn't start. after i start my pc the os selection menu came and i seected 7 as usual but after the windows logo a blue screen appeared and my system restartred i tried startup repair but it couldnt fix my computer i tried command prompts chdsk but it didint do anything i hav to focibly use xp so plz try and tell me a sol'n. would be really thankful.

have you installed xp on window seven ?

even i am facing similar problem please let me know if ur problem has got resolved

hey I found solution however with this u can only take back all the data in the Windows 7.

go to your XP.
Right Click on my computer.
select Manage
In Manage select Disk management
there u can see the partition disks and their available space select in which ur 7 use to be and right click on that
Now select Change Drive Letter and Path. and from there u can create a new folder in ur XP and u can access ur data from there.

I had a similar problem but I had windows 7 and server 2003 as another OS and not sure about XP, just give a try, all the best.
