Hello,

I am trying to use Microsoft Word without success. I brought the laptop in April 2008 via Tesco Direct. I now find that I will have to Word regularly and it keeps asking for a Product Key which I thought was on the bottom of the laptop without success. Can you help me to be able to use Word.

which os u uses,new original or pirated?if windows7 uses cw.exe,other wise condact Email Id removed for security
