If you have the Windows installation CD, then:
1. Insert the CD into your PC
2. Restart your computer
2. On start, you will be prompted to hit any key in order to boot from CD
3. Once you do that, simply follow the on-screen instructions in order to install your Windows operating system on your Compaq
