Unable to format pendrive

Hello,

I am using Sandisk cruze 8 gb pendrive for which i am trying to format means it is unable to format and also not at all detecting the pendrive properly?
what should i do?

Is there any tools for doing or get out of this problem?
If so kindly help me!!!

hi i am manjunath i have one hp 8gb pendrive this pendrive is having file protection so i can't able to format this device can you help me
