My xbox 360 have red light flash

Hello,
my xbox 360 have a problem. it cannot show display and show : system error (E 73) and In front of power button have one red light flash show. what can i do it to system error? because i live in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Configuration: Windows Vista

I just wanted to let you know that 1 light isnt that bad{its called the ring of fire}you should call up the xbox number and they will fix it for free !!! dead easy ive done it twice ......if you have cod 5 add me - Kid Cypriot
