Need help with ARES programme

Hello,
i downloaded a movie with ARES but i only get the sounds and no images, ive no idea why or what i can do to correct it. i have windows vista so i dont know if thats a problem. can anyone help me?

The problem maybe is not due to your ARES program , but to the fact that you dont have the necessary plug-ins (media player) to read these types of files ....Try using another software such as VLC or realplayer
