Antivirus programs are not running.

Hello techies,

I have hp's system. When I am trying to intall good antivirus programmes like Avast or kaspersky, its set ups are getting shut down automatically. Please help ????

Boot into safe mode (use F8 key) and install the antivirus and scan from safemode. If you are infected by a virus it may have the ability to stop you from installing a antivirus program.

Did you check your pc for viruses. are you able to edit the registry? Use a bootable cd like avast bart cd and check your pc for viruses

shouldn't use two AV at once.
