Uninstall - AVG Free Edition Security Softwar

Hello,

Can someone tell me what I need to do to Uninstall AVG Free Edition Software. It is slowing my system down and seems to constantly require reloading updates and subsequent reboots.

Go to control panel and the Uninstall programs application and select AVG
