Cannot find the script file

Hello,
every time i open my pc i have an error message cant find the script file "c:/windows.\sowar.vbs" please help me this problem. how can i solve this and not appear when i open my pc

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.4

Sowar isw a virus. It looks like your anti-virus removed the file but not the registry entry that starts it each time Windows starts.
