Pop ups advertisment.(Always pop out)

Hello, Dear Technicians, or someone who is good at computers.
I'm really bad at computers, and I always run into viruses sometimes. Today i got a pop ups in the Explorer internet even though my main is Firefox. Right now I'm running AVG , because my Norton is expired. The Pops ups is new to me. I have never experienced that. They pop out even though I'm not using Firefox or Explorer. I no longer use Explorer, I use Firefox now. I would like you to help me to solve this problem, please. I need your help~!!! T_T

Hey there,

just try to get a software called superantispyware from www.superantispyware.com and after the download just try to do a complete scan with your pc it should heal your problem buddy.

I think I have solved the problem? I went to Task Manager, then to process, and ended process some weird image names that I have never seen before. Right now nothing pop out in the Explorer window. I will wait and see, if the pop ups are back i will tell you again.

Your computer has spywares or even adwares there for you get unwanted popup advertisements. Install Super Anti Spyware
