Hi all! What’s up? Hopping someone can help me…

I recently somehow managed to download some adware from somewhere I’m not sure how or where. All I know is that I keep getting security popups which look legit but then take you to a website asking you to download software called malware crush.

Also I occasionally get the page I’m on taken over and changed to a website ppcsecure, and my homepage is continually changed too.

Can someone please direct me to a decent website with FREE software to remove this stuff. It’s happening every 2 or 3 minutes and its driving me craaazy!

Thanks

Hello.

It's a swindle. Do not make confidence has this kind of things.

For resolving your problem:

Download Smitfraudfix: (Thanks to S!RI).
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
Run Smitfraudfix.exe and choose option 1,a rapport will be created.
Copy and take it here.

OK, so... If your Antivirus won't remove that, you probably need new stuff. Here’s a list:

Avast Antivirus The best free AV out there.

Arovax Antispyware and Ad-Aware.

That should clean your system pretty well, a really good idea is to get Hijack This and post the log on a forum, this one is pretty good. Hope your problem gets fixed soon.

Tell me if one of these is woring.
