How do I down load gmail to outlook 2003

I currently forward Cox emails to gmail. I'd like to downlaod from gmail to Outlook 2003

How do I do it?

Hi Mr.Ravikanth,

1)Open Ur GMAIL

2)Go to Seetings

3)Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP

4) FOr the Second Options (POP Download) click the Configuration Instructions

5) u will seen the screen from the URL: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&ctx=mail&answer=12103

6)then Click Outlook 2003 ,

7)Click Configure u will seen the Tips..this is helpful for Downloading the GMAIL Into Outlook 2003.
