Help Virsued!!!

Hello,

I've got a HP L1706 MONITOR and a Dell box run on windows XP. I accidently open a programme which appeared on my desktop when I was trying to delete it and it froze my computer and switched it off and then when I tried to switch it back on it froze on just my wallpaper no icons etc. Then I tried to log into safe mode with no joy and then now I can't even get to the xp logo. Please help!!!

this is a serious problem that you have there and i would recommend that you get the advice of an it professional in order to do that make things alright for you. according to me a complete full format is needed for your pc and there is a lot of works involved in there. you could repair the windows but then the virus will still be there and when you click on it you will surely get infected once again so try to seek the help of an IT professional
