Virtual memory getting low

Hey there anyone can help me with my problem ? the fact is that I started having my pc progressively slow and my virus scan did not find anything. My virtual memory is getting low several times. In addition several of my programs randomly shut themselves down without me doing anything. Also curious as it can be my computer isn’t displaying certain graphics and fonts the right size any help please ?

Respected Sir,
I think that previous week i met one problem in my pc.that message box tells that virtual memory is too low.u cannot operate so many programming at a time.so needs to close.we are sorry for inconvenience.Please resolve the problem.It is my kind request sir.
