Problem to create wifi network

Hello,
i have router with cable and also i have a indoors wifi card and i want to have wirless singal in my hometo connect with other devices and i dont know how to do.
please help

Buy a Wireless ROUTER and connect it to your broadband modem. The router will have full instructions.
