Wifi-diivers for dell 1525 xp

Hello,
i bought dell inspiron 1525 with vista installed on it.i then downgraded it to xp.for me the problem arised during drivers finding.i'm not getting wi-fi drivers.please help me with it.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
