Windows xp startup looping

Hello,
Hi have a hp pavilion a305w that is stuck in loop at startup I cannot get to the desk top all I get is the restart in save mode normally I have tried all of the things I will not boot to the desk top what should I do.

hey there,

just try to repair the windows and see what it does. may be some registry problem
