Pc line webcam sorry you have no video captur

Hello,

Does anybody know how i can fix the above problem. This is the second webcam i have bought thinking that it was not working. I haev installed the driver and keep getting the3 above message. Yu have no video capture.

Can anyone help

I have the same webcam..
it used to say that to me before.
but the i realised it was because my webcam was open on a diffrent program
so i closed that program then it was fine.

Hi i have the same problem but my camera is not open in another programe could anyone suggest anything else please

I had that problem the exact one but it said it was being used by another program. i tried plugging it in again but that failed so i decided to try a different ''outlet'' wait till your computer gets a pop up comic bubble on the taskbar. it should say the device is installed or something like that. if its successful try openning a webcam program. it worked perfectly for me
