Dear Thanga,

I assume that you are having problem on a Vista operating system. This

problem can easily be fixed. The originating source of this problem is the

Windows Vista Aero theme which is activated. You will be compelled to disable

it in order for it to work properly. Get to the Open Classic Appearance

Properties For More Color Options and in the Color Scheme select another

theme like Windows Classic. This will definitely solve the problem that you

are having.

Thanks in advance.

There must be someone logged into the Windows machine.

This is different from the Microsoft Terminal Services Client (aka remote desktop - mstsc.exe) where you are actually logging into the machine. With VNC you are only streaming the display, but when there is noone logged in, there is nothing to stream - thus the blank screen.
