Hello,

My Windows Live account was hacked recently. I know who did it and I know how. But I was wondering if there was any way I could get it back? Could I email Microsoft my situation and would they give me a solution? He changed all my information as well. Alternative email, security questions, local information, all of it. So I can't retrieve the password that way. Could Microsoft help me? Can they even do anything about this? I know all the information on the guy who did it. If I report him to microsoft would they be able to do anything about it?

Thank you for any help given.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.5.3

Dear Soupz,

If you know who has hacked your account and the way he achieved to do

it, it is in fact a great advantage that you have upon him. I will hence be advising

you to contact the MSN Support Team for them to help you. You should explain

them it clearly and also consider filing a legal case. There will be an investigation

on the matter to confirm the things.

Thank you.
