Unable to acess my Yahoo account anymore

Hello,

My Yahoo account has been temporaly closed due to the fact that my email adress has been used to send messages to the list of ll my contacts. How can I acess to my account now and at list take those contacts ???
I didnt have an alternative email adress.

Note: I have changed my password 2 days ago and i could get it. But just the day after, I was not able to get it. Now my account is bloked so what can i do??/

reset the password again

go to login page as usual and press on forget

password and follow onscreen instructions
