Hello,i am trying download skype onto my laptop i have windows xp the download start then i get a message which says c:Documentsans Setting\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IES\2SNNV36A\Skype Setup [2].exeis not a valid win 32 application i have always had skype on my computer but had to uninstall recently and now cannot get it back on my laptop can you help

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0
