Help me open downloaded files

Hello,
i don't know why but i cant seem to be able to open any thing that i downloaded,
not even pictures. and when i go to start search to search for the download folder, it doesn't exist.

the stuff that i download gives me instructions how to open. an example is when i download something, it tells me to choose "run" program, but when i download it, it wouldn't even give me that option. it just gives me two options; one is save and the other is cancel.

please help me.

Dear Kou-d,

You should know where the downloaded file is actually saved.

You can configure the location yourself by going to Tools, Options and Save File To.

Then while opening the files, right click and select Open With.

Use the proper program to run the file.
