Problem with my ipod touch

Hello,
my ipod touch shows the head of the part of the adaptar with an arrow pointing to an itunes logo but it has a passcoad and i cant access itunes since it is locked.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Please contact the customer service where you purchased your Ipod Touch in order to have your problem settled. They might have placed some security system on it.
