Dont no what to do

Hello,
my gatway notebook is stuck in a loop, the windows try to start that flashs a blue screen and it goes back to safe mode and when i try to start in safe mode it does a loop there and starts all over again. any buddy have any addvice

If you have a recovery disc, just recover your windows system to factory settings,
