Error loading c:\PROGRA~\MYWEBS~1\BAR\1.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL i got this error when i start pc plz guide me how to solve this problem

What has happened here is that there was a program on your machine that has not been uninstalled completely. now when it boots up it is looking for that program. but as you can see it can't find what it is looking for. so errors.

download a program called crapcleaner :

http://www.filehippo.com/...

its free.

install it
select the registry icon on left. (the blue bricks)
click scan for issues at the bottom left.
click fix selected issues, click no
click fix all selected issues.
click close

then reboot you machine.
