IE error message each time I close out IE

Hello,
Each time I close IE I receive this error message:

Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close We are sorry for the inconvenience. error signature: AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 8.0.6001.18702 ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 03432cd8 error report contents - exception information Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000 Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000003432cd8 the following files will be included in this error report: C:\DOCUME~1\su\LOCALS~1\Temp\bd6c_appcompat.txt

IE works except very annoying to receive this error message EVERY TIME I CLOSE

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir,

You will have to uninstall Internet Explorer and install it again!

To uninstall Internet Explorer 8.0 just do this:
