Win xp log on give error& restart agin same

Hello,
i have problem in 3pc same.
when start pc win xp desktop comes but some files missing giving error.when i press ok,it will restart again.this process will comes 3 times.pc start in safe mode not giving errror.
pls give me solution

You have probably a problem with your system files try to check it from safe mode or to re-install or repair windows from safe mode.


Other wise perhaps one of your system files has been corrupted
