Hi,

I'm here to help! If you purchased a computer with Microsoft® Windows® XP, and it is genuine, then you will find that setup on the computer. Open Local Disk (C:), and if you see one folder named "i386" then you have the setup. Open this folder. Open the application "winnt32.exe" to start the setup. Type in your 25-character product key. You can find this product key in the outside body of your comp. Then install Microsoft® Windows® XP by the setup, or, if you didn't find that folder, purchase a fresh copy of Microsoft® Windows® XP before August!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi Buddy,

I bought a rehab computer from my employer but the were required to totally sanitize the computer and remove the OS. However, there is a legitimate original license key on the computer for xp Pro. They don't reuse the license, so how can I get a disk?

Yo dude there are soooo many problems with installing from the Interneral CD. I have been trying to do so for hours on end. Your best bet is to stop the installation, find them on another machine of the same version, and then place them in the I386 folder. I did that but still have been having problems with the setup.

Download and install a wonderful free application called BELARC (http://www.belarc.com) and run it. It will tell you a number of things about your system ... but the nice thing is that it will also tell you your install keys for Windows as well as a number of other applications on your PC

You can get a registration code extractor. it will search your OS and tell you what registration code is running windows. i am not sure what the link is but you can search google with the keywords "extract windows xp registration code"

It is not legal to share Product keys.
Service Pack 3 downloads should have no "15 days left for reactivating". It is a free update with no limited time.
