PCI device not install

Hello, i have a problem here need you guy's for help, i yesterday hand itch go uninstalled my audio driver and now my pci device show not install and i try to reinstall using motherboard & winxp driver but cannot work, i am using asus P5QL-E mother board and my sound card is onboard. can anyone teach me how to install it back? thankz
