Erro of renaming afile in destination directo

Hello,
i am unable to install any software
and the error is "an error occured while renaming a file in the destination directory
movefile failed code 5
access is denied.
click abort , ignore , retry to try again

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.11
amd athlon processor 32 bits.
nvidia graphic card.

Hi,

this is due to a virus, run an updated antivirus to clean your computer.

this will fix your problem.
