Hello,
i have hp color laserjet 2605, whent i print the magenta will print yellow who can help me for dis problem

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi there,

please check the ink level

this problem occurs when ink level is low

you will therefore need to order new cartridge for your printer
