Downloading CDs to ipod

Hello,
I am trying to download my CD on my computer so, I can transfur the songs to my ipod but my computer just dosn't seem to want to download the songs. I just got a new computer, I could download songs on my old computer but I have no idea how to download songs on this computer.

Hye you will need to install itunes to transfer music to your ipod!
