I can't download Itunes

Hello,
I lost my Itunes and now it won't let me download it again.
Everytime I get to install it, it comes up with an error thingy saying :
"You do not have the right permission to download. You must log on as an administrator."
I have no idea what this means and I need my Itunes back.

Please help me.

Well when i try downloading itunes it says my computer is in safe mode or installer cant be completed and i need itunes too.! what should we do?
