Hye to fix this you can do a system restore, on safe mode!

When the pc starts just press F8 after the bios verification,
You will get a menu to choose safe mode!
When you are on safe mode, you will be asked if you want to do a system restore of your machine!
Choose a date when your pc was working fine!
Then follow the instructions

Restart computer normally!
