Hi,
go to
>control panel
>internet options
>security
>restricted sites
>add
you need to type the websites.
Or you may use an internet nanny, this will automatically filter the internet pages and block access to porn sites.

You can also use Internet filtering software or parental control software:
- for business use, http://www.cyclope-series.com provides Cyclope Internet Filtering Proxy (which allows you to block websites based on URL, keywords etc; it also provides reports related to websites visited by each user)
- for home use, http://www.applicationblocker.com is a good parental control that I use for restricting access to websites, chat and games
