Seagate External Hardrive in OS 9 format

Hello,
I have an old Seagate External Hard drive 300GB which I purchased sometime in 2004(?) before OS X came out. I used this for my iBook which was in OS 9. I never upgraded to OS X, and continued using the external hard drive with my old iBook in OS 9.

Recently, my iBook finally gave up and is now in my "museum". I bought a new PC laptop recently, an ASUS EeePC, using Windows XP. Can you please give me some pointers on how the hard drive can be read in my new laptop, specifically downloading the drivers necessary for this operation?
