How to block calls

Aside from going to settings n enabling call filter, (cuz it only blocks calls from history) is there an app I can use that's free that will block calls\sms from my x who texts me constantly on my text now app that doesn't have a built in blocker?I can't use the built in filter because the text aren't coming thru the native WP SMS or calling.....he is however in my contacts which is shared w my text now app.
