Hello,

I am having trouble connecting to an access point on a domain; although others are connected to the same access point with no issues. It worked yesterday but now today it says that there is no internet access. It is somehow picking up the incorrect IP address of the access point so it won't connect. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Get a Command line (start run-->Type in CMD-->hit enter. In the black screen type-->ipconfig /all

Post everything that is displayed, and we should be able to help!

I was able to get this resolved. I just uninstalled the network adapter in Device Manager on the computer that was not functioning properly and then scanned for hardware changes, which then reinstalled the adapter. After I restated the PC I was able to reconnect to the network with no issues.
