Can't connect to Wifi!

Hello,

Everytime i connect to a wifi connection it never goes through....it always says that the connection timed out....i tried connecting to that same wifi with a friends ps3 and it went through successfully so i know my router isnt the problem, its the ps3....when i use an ethernet cable it connects succesfully but i need to use wifi because the ethernet cable cant reach my room....does anyone hav any idea how to fix this??

Well, if your friends works on the router, but your doesn't it is the WIFI on the machine. There is nothing we can do as there are no serviceable parts on those consoles!

So your saying i basically have a ps3 that can never connect to a wifi connection again?? Well if yeaa den that sucks pretty bad....

YOu can adjust your router to make certain that you are broadcasting in B/G. But you say another machine has no issues.....then what can the issue be. Yea, it sucks.
