Hello,
The promt says; windows did not start successfully. saying; it is due to a recent power failure or an attempt to press the reset button or a possible software change.
It also asks to choose a start up command-start up with last known good config, or Safe Mode with networking or with command prompt, or to start windows normally.
I have tried to start-up with all of these commands. Still does not load up.
What I was working on prior to the problem is having the itunes store to load up with Firefox. The command promt asked me to restart our computer....well, I am still waiting for it to restart.

Will you help me?

Configuration: Windows XP - Internet explorer/Firefox -Dell Dimension 4400

If you have the Windows CD you can do a Windows Repair/Install. See how at this site:
