Windows XP SP3 Slowdowned Download Speed

Hello,
I made a slipstreamed XP SP3 with nLite. After a clean install, My download speed decreased dramatically. All download actions in browser, download managers and etc. are limited to 2.5 ~ 2.7 KB/s. I used many utilities such as CableNut. The Web surfing speed improved but download is slowdowned. Many suggest me to back to SP2. Is there any way to increase download speed or must back to SP2?

Also SP3 isn't good as I thought.

Hi,
if you don't find SP3 as good as you tought, then go back to SP2.
try to do a system restore.
