Acer desktop M1100 wont boot up at all

Hello,
I have an acer desktop M1100 and it is not very old but out of warrinty. Some one of the kids put a cmos clearner disk on to it and ever since then it will not work. It powers up and the supply stay on and fans work but if i try to restore it or bot it up it wont start the disk. Its not even sending a signal to the screen its remaining black. What can i do to resolve this issue please help i am my wits end

Hi,
try to enter the BIOS setup to configure it.
for this, press Del or F2 repeatedly when booting up your pc.
try to contact an IT technician if you are completely unaware of these things.
