Hello,
I have a worksheet that contain these information:

RIG # DATE RECEIVED WORK ORDER TOTAL READY? SHIP DATE ST #
25 3/26/2008 WO 349618 $6,666.00 OK 3/27/2008 69375
1 2/5/2008 WO 342215 $708.00
12 2/27/2008 WO 345263 $108.00 OK
53 3/17/2008 WO 348715 $1,925.00
5 3/20/2008 WO 348906 $441.00 OK 5/12/2008 69583
4 4/28/2008 WO 355758 $6,528.00 OK 5/12/2008 69529

And I wanna copy and paste the whole row to other columns located in the same sheet and then delete the rows that I mark "OK" in the "Ready?" column. Do you think is any possible?? I have no idea how can I do this!
Thanks for your help!!

Use autofilter to get all "OK" rows to be displayed
then select all these rows and press CTRL- G and then "SPECIAL" then "Visible cells only"
Then you can delete the "OK" rows

Dont forget to mention which Office version you are using.
I am using Office 2003 and hitting ctrl-g brings up the "Goto" box.

Ah, got it.

The "Goto" is kinda misleading, but clicking on "Special" on the bottom of the panel
brings several options to chose from... pick "Visible Cells Only".
